We build software for the people responsible for a car park.
ParkingVic started from a simple problem: running a car park still means phone calls, spreadsheets, lost remotes and arguments without evidence. We built a system that replaces them.
What we do
ParkingVic is parking management software for residential complexes, companies, hotels and paid car parks. The camera reads the license plate, the system decides based on each gate's rules, and the barrier opens only for those allowed in. Residents manage their own cars and visitors, operators get a clear console, and managers see every site from one account.
How we work
Every project starts with a survey of the car park: gates, existing equipment, rules and people. Then we connect the equipment, configure the rules, import the data and train the team. We stay on after the first barrier opens, for adjustments and support.
What we care about
Secure data and traceable access: we collect only what is needed, with configurable retention, two-factor authentication and a full audit log. Each client chooses whether to use the app in the cloud or installed on their own server.
