Residential parking

Parking management for residential communities and buildings

For owners' associations, property managers and developers, ParkingVic keeps apartments, allocated spaces and cars in one place. Residents manage their own cars and visitors from their phone, and the manager sees everything without spreadsheets or late-night calls.

What makes community parking hard

  • Scattered records

Apartments, spaces and plates kept in different files that are rarely up to date.

  • Spaces taken by outsiders

Without clear control at the entrance, spaces residents pay for are taken by cars that shouldn't be there.

  • The manager as a permanent middleman

Every visitor, new car or change of owner ends up with the manager.

What the association or manager gets

  • Spaces allocated per apartment

Each account has its own spaces, and the number of cars allowed in is limited to the spaces available.

  • Resident portal

From their phone, residents add their cars, let visitors in and open the barrier when needed.

  • Visitors and temporary access

Guests, tradespeople or couriers get access for a set period that expires automatically.

  • Import from existing files

Hundreds of apartments, spaces and cars are brought in from CSV, with no one-by-one data entry.

  • Live occupancy

How many spaces are taken, who is parked and the latest passes, on one dashboard.

  • History for disputes

When neighbours disagree, the log shows which car came in and when.

How we start in a residential community

  1. 1We agree the association's rules: spaces, visitors, exceptions.
  2. 2We import existing apartments, spaces and cars.
  3. 3Residents get portal access and the manager is trained.

FAQ

Do residents need to install an app?

No. The resident portal works in the phone's browser, with a personal account.

How do residents let a visitor in?

They enter the visitor's plate or choose access for the next car that arrives at the gate. Access expires automatically.

Can we limit the number of cars per apartment?

Yes. Access is tied to the spaces allocated to each apartment, so an account can't take more spaces than it has.

How do we bring our current data into the app?

By CSV import. We help you prepare the file with apartments, spaces and license plates.

Tell us how many sites, gates and spaces you manage. We'll send your quote and the full presentation.
